The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is pleased to announce its podcast; the payroll podcast. This free, audio podcast is aimed at the payroll community and employers in general.

In each episode of the payroll podcast, the host will discuss important topics related to deducting, remitting, and reporting, payroll deductions with subject matter experts.

The first episode of payroll podcast will mark the beginning of a four-part series on taxable benefits. In this episode, you will hear from subject matter expert Kira, a senior programs officer with over 10 years of experience interpreting payroll-related policies and legislation. She will discuss taxable benefits and the key concepts employers need to understand when determining if a benefit they provide to their employees is taxable.
