Financial Reporting and Account Categories
Microsoft has added account categories and sub-categories so that it’s easier to set up powerful account schedules for financial reporting. Also, we have added more setup data so that the reports are ready to use.
To access G/L Accouint Categories browse to:
Departments/Financial Management/General Ledger/Analysis & Reporting/G/L Account Categories
Using account categories you can determine account groupings which drive out-of-the-box financial statements in NAV 2017 and forward.
To modify you must first "Edit List" action, modify using the process actions.
