Issue |
Client gets attached error (Or similar error) when using Navision email integration. Error happens when you browse to a customer > communications tab > select the button to send an email. The screen freezes and no email goes through. Have to close Navision to get past it. Also happens if client tries sending email from contact card. Client is running Navision version 4.0 sp1 and Office Service Pack 2. |
Solution |
A fix from Microsoft is required to correct this. Please contact Open Door and they can arrange this. |
