Outlook error with Navision email integration

Client gets attached error (Or similar error) when using Navision email integration. Error happens when you browse to a customer > communications tab > select the button to send an email. The screen freezes and no email goes through. Have to close Navision to get past it.
Also happens if client tries sending email from contact card.
Client is running Navision version 4.0 sp1 and Office Service Pack 2.
A fix from Microsoft is required to correct this. Please contact Open Door and they can arrange this.
This fix is for users that are running Navision 4.0 SP1 with Outlook SP2. Before updating your files with those from the hotfix, please make sure the computer system is running on Navision 4.0 SP1 with Outlook SP2 and that you backup the existing files.
The hotfix contains the following files: fin.exe, finsql.exe, nas.exe, nassql.exe and OLHandler.dll
To apply the Navision hotfix:
Copy the files: fin.exe, finsql.exe, OLHandler.dll to the Navision Client folder.
Default path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\Client\
If using a Navision Application Server:
Copy the files: nas.exe, nassql.exe to the Navision Application Server folder.
Default path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision\ Application Server
