Cause: The message was referring to a stx error while setting up Jet Options within Excel. This is a common message and involves tweaking file locations within your ENC and ENU folders and/or changing your workstation Regional Settings. Solution #1: Transfering fin.stx and fin.etx files from ENC to Client folder 1. Copy the fin.stx and fin.etx files from the ENC folder 2. Paste to the Client folder where the fin.exe is 3. Rename fin.stx and fin.etx in ENU folder to finUS.stx and finUS.ext Complete remaining Jet Options setup and test connection. If still receiving the message, try following next step. Solution #2: Check that your workstation lanugage regional settings are set to English (Canada) Complete remaining Jet Options setup and test connection. If still receiving the message, try following next step. Solution #3: If the above steps are still not resolving the message, the fin.stx and fin.etx may be corrupted. Please contact Open Door Support and we will forward you new files for your Client Version. (I.e. 4.0 SP1) |
