Issue We are getting the following error in Jet reports to:
The Country Code in the license file does not correspond to the country code (CA) in the STX file
Solution
After discussion found out that the Navision License is a US-ZA-001..., rather than the typical CA-ZA-001.... This is because Navision was purchased by an affiliate in the USA.
Navision/C/Front/JetReports all compare the client's language on the workstation to that of the Navision License and requires that they be the same.
Go to the Start button in Windows and select Control Panel, Regional and Language Options. The selected language must be English (United States), to match that of the Navision License.
