Issue I am getting the following message when trying to set up a new customer:

You do not have permission to read the Change Log Setup table.
Solution
Removed the blank record in the Change Log Setup table.

A development license was accidentally uploaded and implemented into the customer's live database.  This then gave the users permissions to the Change Log Setup table and when they used Navision it initiated a blank record in this table.  After the license was rolled back, they no longer had access to this table which then caused the error because if found the blank record.
