Export Limit NAV 5.0x Excel Export Limit = approx. 65,000 lines for Excel XP 2003 and 1,000,000 for Excel XP 2007. Saved File Format NAV exports data as an xlm file. If user wants to save as xls file, they must first save xls format and then add formulas. Otherwise it will not transfer the formulas to the xls spreadsheet. Instead, it will just transfer the totals. Or user can leave as xlm format but may need to search for both types of files when looking for a specific file with type criteria. |
