CustomerSource Access Information To access CustomerSource and take advantage of the many benefits and training available, your organization must be current with your Dynamics Service Plan (enhancement). Below are the instructions to access Customer Source. Note: See attachments for complete login details Step 1: If you are not on a Microsoft Dynamics Service Plan, visit our Service Plan page for more information. Step 2: Ask your organization's CustomerSource administrator to grant you access to the site. If you don't know your CustomerSource administrator or if your organization does not have a CustomerSource administrator, contact your partner or email itmbssup@microsoft.com for assistance. Step 3: Log in options: Step 4: If you're a first-time CustomerSource user, link your CustomerSource profile with a Microsoft or Organizational account. After your CustomerSource administrator creates a CustomerSource user account, a system generated email will be sent to the user from the email address ofitmbssup@microsoft.com. The user must open the email and click on the link to associate the user's Microsoft/Organizational Account to the user's CustomerSource account.
