In Dynamics 365 there are multiple user experiences that can be enabled. By default the experience is "Basic" and includes limited functionality. To enable the advanced functionality such as Jobs, you must set the experience to "Suite" to enable the additional functionality available with the full suite Dynamics 365 license.
To do this use the search and locate company information. Expand the "User Experience" section and change Experience to "Suite".
