Lexmark, in partnership with Microsoft has created an OCR integration for Incoming Documents.  This feature when configured and enabled provides you the capability of sending/receiving a purchase document for automatic entry in NAV.  There is the ability to start with a free account with Lexmark, try out the features.  With a paid subscription you will be able to encode line level entry too!


To complete this please start with these following instructions to create a Lexmark account for your organization:

1)  Search your solution for "OCR Service Setup", and copy/use the url provided in the Sign-Up URL.

2) Add new workflow from template and select OCR Incoming Documents from the template list.

3) Add a default GL Account for incoming documents from the Purchase and Payables Setup
