The Online Help for VISIONPayroll 2017 is delivered via a cloud-based platform called the Serenic Knowledge Center.
Steps completed during the installation and/or upgrade are to include:
1. Open the folder where the Dynamics NAV Help Server files have been installed. This is typically located at C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DynamicsNAV100Help
2. Copy the Main.aspx file located in the Online Help folder included in the VISIONPayroll upgrade toolkit and replace the file in this location.
If you are leveraging a hosted NAV solution by Open Door Technology, this will have been completed for you.
It is important to note that this change does not impact the help access or content for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. When you accesses help (e.g., by clicking F1, selecting Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help from the “?” icon, or selecting Help >
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help from the page button), the system will open the standard Microsoft Dynamics NAV Help page.
To access the Knowledge Center, select the “VISIONPayroll” link located on the Help ribbon displayed at the top of the Help window.
If you already have accounts can log in with your existing email address you can sign in with your password. If you are a first time user, please reach out to us to create an account for you.

Please note that the Kenek Knowledge Center contains a tile for each version of VISIONPayroll (formerly Serenic HCM).
