Open Door Technology has made it simple to print Canadian Cheques with Business Central.
A Custom Report layout has been created for report 10411 Check (Stub/Check/Stub). It aligns with blank check stock from https://www.chequesnow.ca/chequeci/laser. Call Cheques now at 1-866-760-2661 or visit www.chequesnow.ca to order the ODT Business Central – Middle under “Select Software”.
IMPORTANT: Ensure to use the "ODT Business Central - Middle" format alignment will be supported for Cheque/Check in the middle only.
The steps below describe how to import the layout.
Upload the Custom Report Layout
1) Using Tell me in Business Central, Search for Custom Report Layouts.
a. Click New
b. In the Report, ID field enter 10411
c. In the “Insert RDLC Layout” field, set it to on and click OK
d. Filter on Report 10411
e. Click “Layout”
f. Click on Import Layout
g. Import the RDLC layout file provided below
2) Using Tell me in Business Central, Search for Report Layout Selection.
a. Search for report 10411. Under Selected Layout, click the drop down arrow and select Custom Layout.
b. A popup will appear.
c. Click OK
3) Using Tell me, search for Report selection – Bank account
a. Under Usage, click the drop down arrow and select Check. Under Report ID type in 10411
