There is a portal available by Jet Reports where your organization's license can be self-managed.  This lets you add, remove and assign licenses for your users.

Before you click on the link, you will need:

  • Your Jet Activation Code. This is found on your Jet license. There is one code per company. You can find this by going into Excel and into your Jet ribbon and clicking Application Settings and Licensing.

Once you’ve registered, Insight Software will receive an authorization request to grant you access to the portal. Once this is approved you will have access to manage your Jet Essentials 2013 or later license.

If you manage several tenants on Jet Reports, resulting in more than one Jet Activation Code, you will have to repeat the process for each, using a different email each time. You cannot have multiple organization on the same portal. The logins are per email/activation code combo.

Important:  In order to use the portal and the features, you must be current on Annual Enhancement (AEP) or an active subscription to access the portal.
