As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner of Microsoft, we are required to have the appropriate agreement completed with our cloud licensing customers.

This Microsoft Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between your organization and Microsoft and consists of General Terms, the applicable Use Rights and SLAs, and any additional terms Microsoft presents when an order is placed on your behalf by Open Door Technology. 

This Agreement takes effect when you accept these General Terms. The individual who accepts these General Terms represents that he or she is authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your organization.  Our recommendation is that this is completed by a global administrator or someone with authority with regard to software purchases.
