Has your trial expired or no longer using an ODT App?
To remove the app please follow the Microsoft article on removing the app. We recommend not deleting the data in the case you may add the app back in the future.
Search for Extension Management,
Using the assist edit button, select to Uninstall
Recommend not deleting the extension data if the app will be added back.
