The Calculate Rental Accrual can be ran on the Rental Accrual Journal when Rental Contract Sales Lines contain Service Items.
On the Rental Accrual Journal, the calculation of the Deferred Amount when the deferral is for a full month or multiple full months (Billing Start Date is the first of the month and the rental term is calendar month), the calculation uses the full month Rental Unit Price in the calculation. When calculating deferrals for monthly terms where the deferral is for greater than or less than full month(s), then the calculated amount is an approximation as the calculation uses a prorated day rate based on the number of days in the accrue as month.
