Solution revisions
Solution revisions included in this release are:
- The Rental Quantity on the Price Allocation and Roll-up Package Rental Line cannot be changed after the package has been shipped, invoice or Advance Billed.
- The Starting Date-Time field is correctly populated on the new Rental Amount Line when the Return Date is blank and the second invoice is posted, and either of the two following Rental Terms are on the rental line:
- Periodic Start Rental Terms with a Period Code of Day, Invoicing Period of Month and the Summarize Rental Lines and Enforce First Of Month are enabled.
- Periodic End Rental Terms with a Period Code of Day, Invoicing Period of Month and the Summarize Rental Lines and Enforce End Of Month are enabled.
Please note that when the Return Date is entered on the line for a date later than the end of the last period invoiced, it currently must be for less than, or equal to a full rental invoicing period
Known behavior - Pending revision
We’re investigating the below behavior:
- When rental lines have a Rental Term of Periodic Start or Periodic End, Prorate All Periods with a Period Code of Day, Invoicing Period of Month, Summarize Rental Lines enabled and Enforce First Of Month enabled for the Period Start term and Enforce End Of Month for the Periodic End term and the Return Date is populated, then the Rental Amount Line Ending Date-Time and Billing Date are incorrect when the Return Date is greater than one full monthly invoicing period.
