Issue Call Center error for C/AL Programmer: OLE Control or Automation Error
When creating a call in Call Center and entering the Project Description: UPGRADE QUOTE, the following error message appears:

"This message is for C/AL Programmer.  Could not create an instance of the OLE control or automation."

This is because the ODT Call Center Management Add-on requires an email ocx and a special ODT Notepad dll installed.

Installed the ODTCM email and notepad on the Terminal Server from the location:
M:\Navision\Add-ons (Open Door)\VS_ODTCM Call Centre Management\Installation Files\ODTCM2.5 Installation  Run the setup.exe in the zip file.

Test the auto notification email and ODT  Notepad import.
